# Giveaways Dashboard

> Manage, create, and configure advanced giveaways through the Flamey Dashboard.

The Giveaways module on the Flamey Dashboard provides an advanced, centralized interface for managing all your server's giveaways. With support for templates, bulk actions, entries viewing, and comprehensive settings, you can fully automate and control your community rewards.

## Intro Card & Quick Actions

At the top of the Giveaways module, you will find the **Intro Card**, which provides a high-level overview of the module's purpose. It includes quick-action pills:

* **Reset:** Opens a destructive modal allowing you to selectively clear giveaway data, including settings, templates, claim times, and all active/past giveaways.
* **Docs:** Links directly to this documentation page for quick reference.

## Giveaways Management

The **Manage** tab displays all active, scheduled, and ended giveaways in a comprehensive table view.

### Creating a Giveaway

Click the **Create Giveaway** button to launch the creation wizard. You can:

1. **Create New:** Start from scratch with a fresh configuration.
2. **From Template:** Select a pre-configured template from the dropdown to instantly populate your giveaway settings.

### Editing & Viewing Entries

Clicking on any giveaway row opens the **Edit Giveaway** modal. From here, you can:

* Modify the winner count and duration.
* End the giveaway early or delete it.
* **View Entries:** Click the "View" button next to the entries count to open the **Giveaway Entries Modal**. This sub-modal displays a detailed table of all participants, including their avatars, usernames, and their individual entry counts based on multipliers.

### Bulk Actions

To efficiently manage multiple giveaways at once, enable **Bulk Actions**:

1. Click the **Bulk Actions** button next to the filters.
2. Select the checkboxes next to the giveaways you wish to modify, or use the top checkbox to select all filtered giveaways.
3. The **Bulk Actions Bar** will appear at the bottom of the screen.
4. From the bar, click **Actions** to either **End Giveaways** or **Delete Giveaways** in bulk.

### Filtering and Searching

Use the search bar to find giveaways by name. The **Filters** dropdown allows you to filter giveaways by their current status (`Open`, `Scheduled`, or `Ended`).

## Template Library

The **Templates** tab allows you to pre-configure and save up to 5 giveaway setups. Templates are perfect for recurring giveaways (like "Weekly Nitro" or "Daily Drop") and save you from entering the same requirements and prizes repeatedly.

* You can set a template as **Default**, meaning its settings will be automatically applied whenever you create a new giveaway without selecting a specific template.

## Giveaway Configuration

The **Settings** tab allows you to configure global preferences for how giveaways operate within your server.

### General Settings

* **Giveaway Managers:** Assign roles or specific users who are authorized to manage giveaways.
* **Global Blacklist:** Prevent specific roles or users from participating in *any* giveaway.
* **Log Channel:** Select a channel where Flamey will send audit logs for giveaway starts, ends, and rerolls.

### Limits & Behavior

* **History Retention:** Choose how long (in days) Flamey should keep records of ended giveaways.
* **Max Active Giveaways:** Limit the number of giveaways that can run simultaneously (up to 50).
* **DM Winners:** Toggle whether Flamey should send a Direct Message to users when they win.
* **DM Giveaway Host:** Toggle whether the host should receive a DM when their giveaway ends.
* **Create Winner Thread:** Automatically create a private thread with the winners for easy prize distribution.

## Prize Claiming

The **Claims** tab manages how winners claim their prizes.

* **Claim System:** When enabled, winners must actively click a "Claim" button on the giveaway message to receive their prize. If they fail to claim it within the specified timeframe, the prize can be rerolled.
* **Role-Specific Claim Times:** You can configure different claim durations based on user roles. For example, regular members might have 24 hours to claim, while VIP or Server Booster roles could be given 48 hours. Use the dropdown to select times ranging from seconds to days.
